A cDNA encoding the wild-type protein was fused in frame into exon 3 of the gene followed by a poly (A) site and a loxP flanked neomycin selection cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed the expression of the fusion protein in homozygous mice. This allele is a control for the Epha4tm2Kln, the Epha4tm3Kln and the Epha4tm4Kln alleles. (J:67274)
