Tyr^c-Bc3

Sequence analysis showed that Tyrc-Bc3 is defined by an insertion of a 5542 bp sequence from an early transposon into exon 1. Northern blot analysis with a mouse tyrosinase cDNA probe showed no detectable transcripts in mice homozygous for this allele. (J:49845)
