Involved in regulation of protein targeting; response to cisplatin; and small GTPase mediated signal transduction. Located in several cellular components, including Golgi apparatus; cytoplasmic vesicle; and rough endoplasmic reticulum. Is extrinsic component of Golgi membrane.
