Involved in several processes, including cellular response to peptide; negative regulation of cardiac vascular smooth muscle cell differentiation; and positive regulation of cell population proliferation. Predicted to be located in Golgi apparatus and nucleoplasm. Predicted to be part of transcription regulator complex. Used to study transient cerebral ischemia.
