Acts upstream of or within several processes, including miRNA metabolic process; negative regulation of glial cell differentiation; and regulation of gene expression. Located in nucleolus and rough endoplasmic reticulum. Is expressed in several structures, including early conceptus; embryo ectoderm; gonad; limb primordium; and tooth. Used to study nephroblastoma.
