Enables GTP binding activity and GTPase activity. Involved in several processes, including neurotransmitter receptor transport, endosome to postsynaptic membrane; positive regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane; and regulation of long-term neuronal synaptic plasticity. Located in postsynaptic recycling endosome and transport vesicle. Is active in Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse and glutamatergic synapse.
