Enables several functions, including ATP binding activity; N-acylglucosamine 2-epimerase activity; and identical protein binding activity. Involved in N-acetylglucosamine metabolic process; N-acetylmannosamine metabolic process; and negative regulation of endopeptidase activity. Orthologous to human RENBP (renin binding protein).
