Is integral component of postsynaptic density membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; eye; limb mesenchyme; and reproductive system. Used to study Gilles de la Tourette syndrome. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Gilles de la Tourette syndrome and trichotillomania.
