Used to study short-rib thoracic dysplasia 7 with or without polydactyly. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Ellis-Van Creveld syndrome; cranioectodermal dysplasia 2; and short-rib thoracic dysplasia 7 with or without polydactyly.
