Enables protein domain specific binding activity. Involved in Rap protein signal transduction and regulation of protein tyrosine kinase activity. Acts upstream of or within negative regulation of cell migration and positive regulation of protein autophosphorylation. Located in cytosol and recycling endosome membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; cardiovascular system; genitourinary system; and immune system.
