Enables protein-arginine N-methyltransferase activity and ribosome binding activity. Involved in protein methylation. Located in cytosol. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; genitourinary system; liver; sensory organ; and spleen. Orthologous to human PRMT3 (protein arginine methyltransferase 3).
