Located in autophagosome; phagocytic vesicle; and trans-Golgi network. Part of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase complex, class III. Is expressed in central nervous system; extraembryonic visceral endoderm; sensory organ; and spleen. Used to study systemic lupus erythematosus.
