Located in cytosol; perinuclear endoplasmic reticulum; and plasma membrane. Is extrinsic component of membrane and integral component of membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; genitourinary system; integumental system; nervous system; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human SYT6 (synaptotagmin 6).
