Located in endoplasmic reticulum quality control compartment. Part of SCF ubiquitin ligase complex. Is expressed in several structures, including genitourinary system; gut; hemolymphoid system gland; liver; and lung. Orthologous to human FBXO6 (F-box protein 6).
