Involved in several processes, including cellular response to interferon-beta; positive regulation of cell death; and positive regulation of myoblast fusion. Located in several cellular components, including external side of plasma membrane; focal adhesion; and neuronal cell body. Colocalizes with mitochondrial intermembrane space.
