Enables microtubule plus-end binding activity. Predicted to be involved in cytoplasmic microtubule organization. Located in microtubule plus-end. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; branchial arch; central nervous system; limb; and trigeminal nerve. Used to study Williams-Beuren syndrome.
