Enables GTP binding activity. Involved in platelet dense granule organization and positive regulation of phosphatidylcholine biosynthetic process. Located in cytosol and vesicle. Colocalizes with Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum. Used to study Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome; platelet storage pool deficiency; and proteinuria.
