Enables adrenomedullin receptor binding activity. Involved in several processes, including androgen metabolic process; cAMP-mediated signaling; and regulation of heart contraction. Located in extracellular space. Used to study congestive heart failure and toxic shock syndrome. Biomarker of glomerulonephritis; hypertension; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; obstructive jaundice; and ureteral obstruction.
