Acts upstream of or within several processes, including negative regulation of intracellular signal transduction; peptidyl-serine phosphorylation; and regulation of angiogenesis. Located in cytosol and nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including cardiovascular system; early conceptus; ganglia; genitourinary system; and salivary gland.
