Enables amyloid-beta binding activity and carbohydrate binding activity. Involved in SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process and protein ubiquitination. Acts upstream of or within glycoprotein catabolic process; regulation of protein ubiquitination; and ubiquitin-dependent ERAD pathway. Located in cytosol and dendritic spine.
