Acts upstream of or within embryonic skeletal system development; positive regulation of myotome development; and regulation of somitogenesis. Predicted to be active in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including embryo mesenchyme; genitourinary system; limb; oral epithelium; and thymus primordium.
