Acts upstream of or within lactation; positive regulation of transcription, DNA-templated; and regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; dorsal root ganglion; early conceptus; genitourinary system; and sensory organ.
