Acts upstream of or within enteric nervous system development; mesoderm formation; and negative regulation of dendrite morphogenesis. Located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including adrenal gland; alimentary system; nervous system; primitive streak; and urethra. Used to study intestinal pseudo-obstruction.
