Acts upstream of or within several processes, including camera-type eye morphogenesis; histone ubiquitination; and negative regulation of transcription, DNA-templated. Located in nuclear body and sex chromatin. Part of PcG protein complex and ubiquitin ligase complex. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; dorsal root ganglion; genitourinary system; hemolymphoid system gland; and liver.
