Involved in acrosome assembly; cilium assembly; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Acts upstream of or within cellular response to leukemia inhibitory factor. Predicted to be located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; liver; ovary; primitive streak; and sensory organ.
