Predicted to enable GTP binding activity and GTPase activity. Involved in cell migration; melanosome transport; and substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Located in Golgi apparatus and melanosome. Is expressed in several structures, including diaphragm and genitourinary system. Used to study dilated cardiomyopathy.
