Enables BH4 domain binding activity; MAP-kinase scaffold activity; and neuropilin binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of angiogenesis and transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including focal adhesion assembly; integrin-mediated signaling pathway; and substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Located in focal adhesion and lamellipodium. Is expressed in several structures, including early conceptus; genitourinary system; immune system; inner ear; and telencephalon.
