Acts upstream of or within several processes, including positive regulation of T cell proliferation; positive regulation of interleukin-2 production; and protein phosphorylation. Located in cytoplasm and immunological synapse. Is expressed in several structures, including adipose tissue; genitourinary system; gut; limb; and nervous system. Used to study retinal detachment.
