Located in nuclear lamina and replication fork. Part of cyclin-dependent protein kinase holoenzyme complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; forelimb; heart; and sensory organ. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in stomach cancer.
