Enables DNA replication origin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in DNA replication. Located in heterochromatin. Part of inner kinetochore and nuclear origin of replication recognition complex. Is expressed in several structures, including 1st branchial arch maxillary component; genitourinary system; liver; sensory organ; and spleen.
