Located in cytosol and plasma membrane. Is expressed in cerebral cortex; embryo; and telencephalon. Used to study Coronavirus infectious disease. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Waldenstroem's macroglobulinemia; colorectal carcinoma; and primary immunodeficiency disease.
