Acts upstream of or within several processes, including cell aging; negative regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway; and regulation of transcription, DNA-templated. Predicted to be located in nucleoplasm. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; early conceptus; future brain; genitourinary system; and retina nuclear layer.
