Enables aminopeptidase activity. Involved in several processes, including neuropeptide catabolic process; positive regulation of blood pressure; and regulation of long-term neuronal synaptic plasticity. Located in several cellular components, including insulin-responsive compartment; neuronal cell body; and perinuclear region of cytoplasm. Colocalizes with vesicle.
