Acts upstream of or within several processes, including animal organ development; blood vessel morphogenesis; and regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in cytoplasm and nucleus. Part of beta-catenin-TCF complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; embryo ectoderm; embryo mesenchyme; genitourinary system; and integumental system.
