Enables laminin binding activity. Predicted to be involved in cell-cell adhesion; cytoplasmic translation; and ribosomal small subunit assembly. Located in cytoplasm; glutamatergic synapse; and nucleus. Part of small ribosomal subunit. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; eye; genitourinary system; and hemolymphoid system gland.
