Used to study acrocallosal syndrome; ciliopathy; congenital diaphragmatic hernia; and hydrolethalus syndrome. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in acrocallosal syndrome; cleft lip; and hydrolethalus syndrome 2. Orthologous to human KIF7 (kinesin family member 7).
