Acts upstream of or within lung alveolus development; positive regulation of cell population proliferation; and respiratory system process. Predicted to be located in cytosol; nucleoplasm; and plasma membrane. Predicted to be part of receptor complex. Predicted to be integral component of plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; branchial arch; cardiovascular system; central nervous system; and extraembryonic component. Used to study hereditary lymphedema.
