Enables endoribonuclease activity and primary miRNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of gene expression. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including ncRNA metabolic process; regulation of miRNA metabolic process; and regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation. Located in postsynaptic density. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; early embryo; genitourinary system; hemolymphoid system gland; and tooth.
