Acts upstream of or within cellular response to follicle-stimulating hormone stimulus. Located in neuron projection. Is integral component of plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; genitourinary system; respiratory system; and sensory organ. Orthologous to human EPHA8 (EPH receptor A8).
