Is active in glutamatergic synapse. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; early conceptus; eye; and genitourinary system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in autosomal dominant Robinow syndrome 3. Orthologous to human DVL3 (dishevelled segment polarity protein 3).
