Involved in negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane and negative regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transporter activity. Acts upstream of or within G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle and regulation of calcium-mediated signaling. Located in membrane; myelin sheath; and vesicle. Part of voltage-gated potassium channel complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; metanephros; nervous system; respiratory system; and sensory organ.
