Located in cytosol; endoplasmic reticulum; and mitochondrial membrane. Is integral component of mitochondrial outer membrane. Part of BAK complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; branchial arch; genitourinary system; and hemolymphoid system gland.
