Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of protein localization to cell surface; positive regulation of focal adhesion disassembly; and positive regulation of keratinocyte migration. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including hepatocyte apoptotic process; liver development; and myeloid cell apoptotic process. Located in endosome and plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; genitourinary system; gut; hemolymphoid system; and respiratory system. Orthologous to human ARF6 (ADP ribosylation factor 6).
