Located in Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse; glutamatergic synapse; and plasma membrane. Is active in synapse. Is expressed in several structures, including cardiovascular system; central nervous system; eye; genitourinary system; and gut. Orthologous to human ADORA2B (adenosine A2b receptor).
