Acts upstream of or within several processes, including circadian rhythm; negative regulation of apoptotic process; and olfactory bulb interneuron development. Located in nucleus. Part of transcription regulator complex. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; central nervous system; integumental system; sensory organ; and urinary system.
