Acts upstream of or within several processes, including common myeloid progenitor cell proliferation; positive regulation of protein polyubiquitination; and protein destabilization. Part of SCF ubiquitin ligase complex. Is expressed in several structures, including craniocervical region bone; esophagus; lung; pituitary gland; and sensory organ.
