Enables single-stranded DNA 5'-3' exodeoxyribonuclease activity. Involved in regulation of cytokine production involved in inflammatory response. Acts upstream of or within hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation and phagocytosis. Located in several cellular components, including cytoplasmic vesicle; endoplasmic reticulum membrane; and trans-Golgi network membrane. Is expressed in brain and hemolymphoid system.
