Vibratory Urticaria (VBU)

Vibratory Urticaria, also known as dermodistortive urticaria, is related to physical urticaria and dermographism, familial. An important gene associated with Vibratory Urticaria is ADGRE2 (Adhesion G Protein-Coupled Receptor E2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are GPCRs, other and EGR2 and SOX10-mediated initiation of Schwann cell myelination. The drugs Remibrutinib and Protein Kinase Inhibitors have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
