Urticaria (HIVES)

Urticaria, also known as nettle rash, is related to cholinergic urticaria and physical urticaria, and has symptoms including abdominal pain, chest pain and constipation. An important gene associated with Urticaria is F12 (Coagulation Factor XII), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and NF-kappaB Signaling. The drugs Dapsone and Tranexamic acid have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include skin and thyroid, and related phenotypes are immune system and hematopoietic system
