Urethritis

Urethritis, also known as nonspecific urethritis, is related to reactive arthritis and urethral syndrome. An important gene associated with Urethritis is DEFA5 (Defensin Alpha 5), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation. The drugs Lymecycline and Tetracycline have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
